This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled for purchases made on eroboost.net. By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms set out below, in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

EroBoost Performance SRL sells Eroboost, a food supplement in capsule form designed to support male sexual health. As a dietary supplement, Eroboost is a consumable product. For safety, hygiene and regulatory reasons, some restrictions apply to returns.

This policy is intended to be fair and transparent while protecting all our customers from potential health and safety risks.

2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 Time frame

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions below and any mandatory rights you may have under local consumer law.

2.2 Condition of products

To be eligible for a return, products must meet all of the following conditions:

Unopened and unused.
In their original, undamaged packaging, including any seals, labels or protective shrink wrap intact.
Stored and handled according to the instructions on the label (e.g. away from excessive heat, moisture or direct sunlight).

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles, products with broken seals or products that appear used or tampered with, except where required by law.

2.3 Non-returnable items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following are generally non-returnable:

Opened bottles or packages.
Products not purchased directly from eroboost.net.
Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse by the customer.
Products returned after the 14-day period, unless defective or not as described upon arrival.

3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

We carefully pack and check all orders. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

3.1 How to report an issue

A clear description of the issue.
Photos of the product, packaging and shipping label, if visible damage is present.

We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, a partial or full refund, or another suitable solution in line with this policy and local consumer protection rules.

4. How to Request a Return

Wait for authorization: Do not send any products back before you receive our confirmation and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or not processed.
Prepare your package: Once your return is approved, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any inserts or documentation, and clearly mark the return authorization details we provide.
Ship the parcel: Send the return to the address provided in our email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind or non-defective returns: If you are returning a product because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong item or no longer want it, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items: If the return is due to our error or a product defect, we will either provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, in line with our instructions.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, we normally refund:

The purchase price of the returned product(s), and
Standard shipping costs originally paid, where required by law or when the return is due to our error.

We may deduct from your refund any loss in value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check its condition, where allowed by applicable law.

We aim to process approved refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exchanges

We do not normally offer direct product-for-product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, size or quantity, the simplest option is to:

Request a return and refund for the original item (if eligible under this policy), and
Place a new order for the product you want.

In cases of damaged or incorrect items sent by us, we may, at our discretion, send a replacement instead of processing a refund.
